Extra Unexplained Campaign Charge?
Hello All,
Has anyone every had unexplained campaign charges that suddenly show up on an invoice for a campaign thats been on pause for over 2 months - and was showing 0 charges... until one day it showed $145 for video campaign ads (that never existed)?
If so, can I get insight in to how I can get a reimbursement? I tried contacting seller support on the ad side... but of of course.. its currently going nowhere.. I'm concerned amazon is just adding these charges on to our accounts and I'm highly skeptical on if I would ever get any type of response or reimbursement.
Any advice would be so appreciated!

I am sorry to hear that you may have been overcharged for a video campaign ad. Inasmuch as you first posted about this around 3 weeks ago, can you give me an update? Has this been corrected for you? If not, let me know here and I will see what I can do to help.
