Should the Sales VAT be shown on the Revenue Calculator within Manage All Inventory, if I am not VAT registered?
My company registered in the UK, is not VAT registered because it is a brand new company and is yet to trade. However I have noticed on the Revenue Calculator within Manage All Inventory, it shows the Estimated VAT of £3.83, within Other Costs. The Selling Price is £22.99.
1) Should the Sales VAT be shown this way on the Revenue Calculator within Manage All Inventory, if I am not VAT registered?
2) And does Amazon still pay my business including the £3.83 sales tax?
If anyone is able to provide guidance on the meaning of an estimated VAT, when I am not VAT registered, then that would help immensely. Thank you.

That's just how Amazon have set it up - to show the VAT. It doesn't mean that's what has to be paid or that a seller has made a mistake on their account somewhere.
