Account deactivated unable to get funds
Hi I am not sure anyone can help but have been going around in circles. I have been selling on Amazon for over a year since I took over the account from my friend who passed away in 2020 , all details sent to Amazon and the switch over went fine. I had 100% feedback no violations, account health perfect but In August 21 I had a complaint about a cartridge which was retracted by the buyer saying they made an error and no refund require this was by a message sent through Amazon and then I had another complaint from another buyer saying the cartridge supplied was incorrect, not sure if this was just a coincidence or competitors but anyway I refunded the buyer immediately and collected the cartridge (it was fine) Amazon deactivated my account and my Amazon contact advised I needed to supply invoices and a plan of action to receive my funds which I did but they keep saying more information needed but will not provide anything further, I just keep going in circles. I have asked for details for a legal contact so I can take it further but not once have they provided that any ideas please its a lot of money to me and well over the 180 days they said I had to wait thank you in advance

No the two queried were not the ones purchased from Amazon and even if I check now it says its ok?
Does Amazon prohibit retail arbitrage?
Amazon allows both retail and online arbitrage. Amazon’s policy does not expressly prohibit arbitrage as long as you’re selling a product that can be legally resold and if they’re in the proper condition .
