Customer says they never received refund from item they returned
I have a customer that returned an item a few weeks ago. I refunded them and now all of a sudden today she is saying she never received the refund. I told her how to check the refund status and she said she even received a message that the refund had been processed. She's now saying I never even gave her the refund but on my end it clearly shows it's completed. What should I tell her to do besides contact Amazon customer service, which by the way I already did that.

You can reiterate that you are not responsible for the actual refund of her purchase, amazon is and direct her back to them. Then after that, no response needed.
