FBA customer returns claims update to policy
Hello! Can anyone explain, please, if it eans that from 09.01.2025 also all old fba customer returns (the ones that were refunded for exemple in September 2024) will also have this new delay? so for exemple if on 10.01.2025 I want to fill a claim for fba customer returns that was refunded on 1.09.2024, I can not due to new policies?
Starting January 9, 2025, we are updating our eligibility window policy. All manual claims must be submitted within the following timelines: An FBA customer returns claim can be submitted between 45-105 days after the customer refund or replacement date.
