Hi I want to close all the other Amazon market place except my Amazon Canada. How can I do that? Because I don't want to deal with USA IRS or other goverment tax and I don't sell in any other countires.

For a "Professional" amazon account you can't. You can put the other marketplaces on vacation (and make sure you have nothing listed there). No sales, no tax. Mexico will go away if your account is "Individual".
Even if you are a Canadian only selling in Canada, amazon will have you fill out a tax form every 3 or 4 years saying you are not subject to iRS tax collection.
