Bank verfication takes more then two weeks
Hello all,
I uploaded a bank statement for bank verification, and less than a day later, I received a response that Amazon does not accept the kind of documents I uploaded. I immediately uploaded another file, and it has been pending verification for more than two weeks now. I am wondering if this is a reasonable time and if I should just keep waiting. My US account got deactivated until this UK process is finished and I am stuck and have no access to UK seller support. I would appreciate any insights
