Dont you just ******* **** Amazon

We ship lots of orders through Amazon Shipping
One order was damaged after collection and did not get to customer.
Week later Customer emails “Wheres My Stuff”.
We investigate and discover “Damaged in Transit”
We apologise to customer and send a replacement order.
Customer in meantime claims and wins AtoZ for non delivery.
Replacement order arrives next day.
We appeal AtoZ, appeal is refused
We claim from Amazon shipping for original damage and are awarded £27 compensation for the order valued at £393. with t&c’s quoted for maximum compensation
We email customer to ask them to contact Amazon to re-charge card and withdraw their AtoZ.
Customer confirms goods received and and sends us screenshot of re-charge payment on their Bank Statement…
The re-charge payment is not credited to order detail page and remains as “Refunded”
No disbursement amount for re-charge visible anywhere.
So we are down £366 for damage shipment caused by Amazon Shipping and a further £393 refunded but re-charged and not credited back to us.
Cannot open an appeal as AtoZ closed.
Getting nowhere with Seller Support as usual.
Beggars belief

Have again appealed the AtoZ and again Amazon rejected.
Still no disbursement for the re-charged amount

You could ask her to replace the order and refund the difference?

We never send replacements as this happened too many times. We always refund and ask the customer to purchase again.

Yep…welcome to the platform where Amazon does not give a **** about the seller.

Your thread reminded I still had to check an A-Z that was refunded and then reversed, customer contacted support to recharge, got confirmation of this from Amazon and money would be in our account within 72 hours. (This was the 11th of November)

Just checked and it’s nowhere to be found in the transaction, so another thing to chase and waste time on.
