Cant edit our own Product Description?
We are the brand owner and we switched from a VENDOR account to a SELLERS account.
In our Sellers account, we are unable to edit our ASIN's Product Description as support said that we have to edit the original listing which was first created in our Vendor account. We reached out to Vendor support but they already deactivated our account and cannot reinstate it.
How do we gain full access back on our product listings?
