Can one of the MODS please point me in the right direction to find the updated version of your policy below:
100% of my shipments are via Buy Shipping, yet I am still getting claims marked against my ODR and appeals are denied??
A-to-z Guarantee claims : If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims.

Forum mods hardly ever respond these days, and you would need to tag them for them to even remotely have a chance of them seeing your post !!
You should be able to find the policy yourself - presumably you already have. ? You could try a case with seller support and quote the policy to them, but not sure if they even have the ability to do anything ?? Otherwise try the MD.

This has also happened to me many many times. It is a constant fight trying to keep my ODR under 1% because of it.
Problem is 75% of the support staff do not know the rule even when you pointy it out, and 20% of the time it is just rejected by a badly programmed bot.
What with all the people stealing our stock with the help of Amazons rules do any of us have a chance :(

I would say dont buy shipping from amazon these are not insured either! e.g. with Evri there is no option to protect your parcel, you may signup for Packlink shipping and integrate with amazon, you will have the option to insure your high value products and in the event of not delivered etc you can esclate via courier and claim for the loss! Sadly the ODR and A-Z claims are a joke, too many fake claims and amazon does nothing to protect the sellers! even if a customer buys a product and returns a totally different product in the box as faulty, there is no way to resolve with amazon, no action will be taken, case closed!
