Proofs of physical operational business address
HI
I have been asked to verify that I am a sole trader operating from the UK. I had no problem with the passport, driving licence and I do not need to be registered for VAT as I do not have a turnover greater than £85,000 (I so wish!).
However I cannot seem to provide Amazon verification department with proof of physically operating from the UK. I work from home and I have sent them copies of invoices from suppliers and delivery notes from EVRI with my trading name and address on it. I cannot think of anything else to prove that I am operating in the UK. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

I am in the same situation, small business from home, sole trader and II really do not know how to prove that I operate from the UK. I sent invoices, council tax bill, letter from the electoral register and bank statement. I think it's down to luck honestly. I can't think of anything else.

Hi CharB,
Send documents as PDFs and there may be a minimum (and maximum) file size... max may be 10mb
I don't know minimum...

Same issue here, sent accounts, ID for all directors, proof of address. I have spoken to 4 different people from Amazon but get nothing useful from anyone, they tend to just bounce me around until I go full circle and end up with an email from a bot. No idea where to go from here. I use MCF for distribution so Amazon is basically holding my stock and business hostage with no advice on how to fix it.
