Parcel Return CN15 (b)
Hi,
send item to Ireland Republic.
Tracking show after 3 weeks recipient refused to accept.
Yesterday return to me with red label " RETURN - CN15(b) and "an post Return to sender, Rejected/Failed electronic customs clearece"
Can anyone have a idea, what could be causes? Of course CN22 was on parecel.

Was the CN 22 generated through Click & Drop with all the customs info supplied electronically? Hand written CN22s will not work.
If so did you include all the required info.: IOSS number, tariff code, etc?

Hi
My last parcel to Ireland was 9/10, and the Post Office worker insisted that my HS code was wrong and needed two extra digits... we input 2 extra zeros and I've since checked the EU rules which say 8 digits, not 10.
But the Post Office system now appears to require 10 digits for Ireland
It's not come back (yet)
