Inbound FBA Shipment take a long time

How long can inbound shipments take? I sent an order in on the 2nd Feb. It said it wasnt eligable for an investigation until 18th Feb after I was looking a week later what was happening.
Now it says not eligable until the 2nd March
It was signed for on the 15th Feb and then they had a couple of Transfers and 2 of the items have been in transfer for over a week now.
This is only my second shipment in and its just taking an age
Is it like this all the time or is this a one off and how can I open an investigation if the date is just moved back. I think one of the items has sold and its waiting on Amazon because it states reserved for customer order (this order has been FBA pending for 3 weeks)

So from what you are saying, the stock has been received, as it’s in FC transfer etc.
So even if your able to open an investigation, they have your stock, it’s been around etc.
And so that your aware, actually getting stock on sale can literally take from a couple of days, through to weeks. It just depends on how busy they are etc.

If its a brand new listing they may just be processing and checking it ie dimensions are as stated etc
