FBA shipment not recieved to Amazon warehouse

Why is my shipment taking so long to reach Amazon warehouse? It has been more than a week that my shipment has been in transit and it has not reached the Amazon warehouse (status still has not updated to 'received').

Hey there @Seller_eMCdC7eVZ9Uyh,

Receiving timelines can extend out several weeks at some FBA sites and depending on season. Your shipment is mostly working its way through the queue at the FC to be received and processed in the order it was delivered, but if the date in your contents tab arrives without it moving to closed you'll be eligible to open an investigation at that time.
