Customer Left 1-star Feedback for because they ordered the wrong size

Customer left negative 1-star seller feedback for ordering the wrong size.

We have verified our records and the record of delivery, the correct size, colour, and product was shipped to the customer matching the order. Despite this, the customer left us a negative review, affecting our ODR, for their mistake.

This is an absolute abuse of the feedback system. We requested the removal of the feedback, and received the generic response from Amazon and the customer has failed to respond.
