Featured Offer Eligibility Gone

We need some serious help. 4 Days ago I noticed all ASINs lost the buy box. I did some research on the featured offers tab and according to all conditions...we meet all conditions to be eligible. I put in all ASINs and it says "Not Currently Featured Offer Eligible" . We are somehow not featured offer eligible. We have zero account defects, ODR is at .17%, no late shipments, our entire account is as clean as can be. The day after I noticed we had no featured offers, it asked us to Confirm our INFORM ACT status which was approved and confirmed. I am hoping this created some sort of glitche as to why we are not featured offer eligible anymore. We sell 500-800 items every 60 days depending on time of year and was getting featured offers before selling half this amount. Therefore, there must be some internal issue causing us to not have featured offer eligibility. I have tried opening up cases with seller support and none have worked as they just copy and paste the same generic responses. Case numbers 17114990621 and 17115039071. I have read forums posts and the mods are the only ones who seem to be able to fix this issue. We should be featured offer eligible and need help fixing the error. I am asking for MOD help and community members help on resolving this. Thanks everyone!
