Why am I being reported
Why do I keep getting reported for selling counterfeit items? I am starting to believe it is other sellers reporting me. I noticed if i lower the price I tend to get reported. My items are not counterfeit and it keeps putting my account at risk. How can I tell if it is legit?

If you are being reported, are you also being asked for invoices?

Since you had the audacity to post THIS less than a week ago I'm going to add some things here to TRY and save you from yourself--
"Hello if a brand blocks me on a listing but not on their other listings , would I be able to sell on those other listings? Or will my account get banned.

You are NOT ready to sell on Amazon at this time. A Section 3 suspension is in your future.
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your "invoices" my guess is that you do not.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

If you are selling "New" way under what an authorized reseller can buy it for, it screams you're not buying from a legit source.
As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp said, RA (Retail Arbitration), buying liquidation or customer returns does not permit you to sell as New on Amazon.
It's also against United States Anti-Trust laws to intentionally sell under cost to drive your competition out. It's called "Predatory or Below-Cost Pricing".
Believe me, I get that irony because Amazon seems to do this but they'll have to deal with the FTC for it.

It does not matter if the reports are legit. What it matter is if you are legit.
It is not enough that you believe your items are not counterfeit. You must have a verifiable supply chain and permission from the brand's owner.
At least if you want to be able to sleep peacefully at night.
Anybody can report me whenever they want. My shop is clean. My conscious is clean. Everything is verifiable according to policy.
That is all.
