Does anyone know how we file a claim with UPS if we purchased shipping through Amazon?
We keep receiving additional charges that are invalid and we need to dispute them, but also we need to file claims when packages are lost.

If you or any sellers have adjustments you believe are incorrect, any disputes must be submitted to seller support and not directly to the carriers. I recommend including photos or other documentation supporting your claim regarding the dispute.
