Items suppressed due to tracking info

we have had certain items been deactivated from our seller central account apparently due to valid tracking details not been issued this is not the is not the case we always do add and confirm tracking details as asked for i just want to be able speak to a human and get this sorted asap can anyone help

What is your VTR ?
How do you send, and do you confirm shipment manually for each sale ?
How are you confirming shipment ? - are these LL size or parcels ?
Do you realise that you do not need to send everything tracked ?, and if item under £20 value not worth the extra cost of tracked shipments.
