Brand Registry Application Rejected
I applied twice for my brand registry and both time my application was rejected with the following message:
"The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry. The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product you intend to sell on Amazon. We ask that you submit at least one image of your product or product packaging as part of the application. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them."
I currently have the physical product in hand, and my logo is permanently affixed to it. I have taken photos of the product from multiple angles using my phone. However, I am unsure of what steps to take next to ensure my brand is successfully registered.
Could anyone please guide me on how to proceed?

Hi @Sandy_Amazon,
Can you guide me on this?
Dougal_Amazon
Hello @Seller_TAMfOx9nyriGc,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look at your Brand Registry application. Please, can you provide the case ID?
In the interim, the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide was recently updated to include 2 pages of the product image requirements.
If the above guide doesn't provide enough info, please let me know and include your application case ID and I will take a look and provide some feedback.
Best, Dougal
