I am trying to add a product that i have brand authorisation for on Amaazon.ae the product is already listed on Amazon.com

but when i try and add the ASIS on the list your product page, it cannot find the product?

i have tried for 3 days with amazon support but they are not helping resolve the issue, can anyone help??
