Brand Registry 'Report a violation' revoked
Hello,
I currently own a brand which includes the UK Trademark for the brand.
I am selling on amazon under this brand name and have recently requested and got accepted for brand registry.
I have noticed a few additional sellers on our listings which have been hijacked therefore i have gone to 'report a violation' and it has stated this permission has been revoked.
This is ridiculous, As we own the brand name and we cant even remove Hijackers from selling counterfeit products of our brand?
I have appealed this decision obviously however i only get useless responses which do not address the topic at all , almost just blatantly ignoring me.
Years have been spent into the product, design and selling costing a huge sum of money however amazon allow other hijackers to illegally sell counterfeit versions and do not allow the owner to remove them ?

I think your issue is that none of the 6 trademarks you have registered so far have yet been fully registered with the IPO
They are at status Application Published or Pre-Publication
I think you need to wait until the trademarks are fully registered before you can start issuing violations against other sellers for selling 'counterfeit' products.
