You cannot sell NIKE on Amazon. Go to the search bar on top, type Nike and read the countless threads that will show up.

1. Kohl's is a retail store. They provide receipts, not invoices. Nothing they give you will ever help you get ungated.

2. You can't sell NIKE on Amazon in any case.

Both @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC and @Seller_oJY2X570rx42E have made good points.

I will expand on those since you also posted about creating BUNDLES for generic products which is an easy search when you look for bundles!

VACATION MODE NOW!

Seller U NOW.

https://sell.amazon.com/learn

Since you appear to be brand new, I will expand and give you my freshman, Amazon Rookie lecture. Please read it.

You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.

You really need to go study Seller U instead of TikTok and YouTube before your account gets kicked to the curb permanently.

Since you don't appear to have done that PLEASE pay attention to the following:

Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your "invoices" my guess is that you do not.

The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.

The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?

Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

Gee, if you had only gotten an early start; 6-8 weeks ago, you would have gotten ungated, and allowed to list your Nike.

Which would mean that, by now, your selling days on Amazon would be over.

Read through some of the threads about Nike; then learn how to properly source items before attempting to list. Keep in mind, Amazon often assumes that you are authorized to sell a brand if you try to list; if you list without authorization from the brand, and the rights holder comes after you, you have little chance of saving your Amazon account. And you can never get another one.

Hi @LuxeShelf_Retail_LLC,

Thanks for the post. To add onto the other seller's, you will need a Letter of Authorization from Nike to sell their products. Including a quick read on Intellectual Property Policy.

Best regards,

Rose_Amazon
