Order id 407-3434556-2052323 which delivered on Wed, Sep 11, 2024 03:52 PM IST but unfortunately buyer he said by mistake ordered and returned. But I did not received return back my items (nether receive any massage from Amazon nor received any call from Amazon shipping boy. Now please help me about return items because i need back.

I checked it and, as I understand, the denial reason from the safety team is as follows: "An attempt was made to deliver the shipment, but the delivery could not be completed because of your unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment."

You asked about where this information comes from. You can review the return details here:

  1. Go to the Orders Tab
  2. Select Manage Returns
  3. Type the relevant order ID in the search bar

There, you'll see that an Amazon pre-paid label was used to deliver the product. You'll also find the tracking ID and details of the delivery attempt.

Please review this information carefully.

First of all I did not received any massage or OTP from Amazon portal or email, secondly, did not received any massage or OTP even from Amazon delivery boy.

I checked Order ID: # 407-3434556-2052323 which Tracking ID343976563453 (this reference related delivered to buyer).

I found another Order Item ID: 41546412104482 which Tracking ID ???????

There must be return Tracking ID to seller (to me) where is that? if you have any tracking id than share me I want to check.

How many months Amzaon required to settle this matter, amazon is responsible for this issue. I never expect such unprofessional work from Amazon,

I see a different tracking number for the return of this order. Did you follow my guidance to get the return details?

Remember, they will be visible in "Manage Returns," not in "Manage Orders." By accessing "Manage Orders," you'll find the tracking ID of the order you sent, but not the return.
