Unable to complete Video Verification

Hello,

For the past 2 months I have been trying to complete the video verification interview that Amazon requires. I was able to schedule the first time but never received a confirmation email. I checked both spam and inbox. Since then I have been unable to schedule due to getting an error that states “come back in 2-3 business days.” (Error is attached). I have received multiple links to schedule and always get the same error. I have tried on multiple devices and it has not worked. I was even given a link to schedule with Qualitrics (3rd party to does Amazon identity verification) directly and was not contacted for an interview.

I have also put in numerous tickets and emails to seller support and Amazon support. None have been able to help.

Please help resolve this issue.

To confirm, when was the last time you tried to reschedule and got this screenshot error?

Seller Support should have been able to reset your video verification link and get this scheduled for you. Would you mind sharing your most recent case # you have opened with them and I'd be happy to review further there. Did you include the screen shot in your case with Seller Support?
