UK Account Verification Problem - Three months and still no answer

It's been about three months, I have sent all my documents, but I still haven't received any results.

I contacted Amazon many times and they told me to send an email to the verification team and I sent them an email but I haven't even received a reply. How long do I have to wait? Do you have any suggestions?
