My account has been linked to a store I DO NOT KNOW, what should I do?

I don't know the store called STORN/O/WAY. But my account is at risk because Amazon linked me to this account. How will I prove myself to Amazon?

I cannot reach the owner of the STORN/O/WAY account either.

can you help me? I don't want my account to be closed.

I see that you have concerns with how to address a violation of the multiple accounts policy.

Accounts can be found to be related to one another when personal or business information is shared between them and one of the accounts becomes deactivated. You do not have to own the other account for a link to be established.

To resolve the violation, you must either prove that the accounts are not related or reinstate the other account.

I was able to reach out to the appropriate teams and found that you were able to resolve this violation. Can you confirm if this is correct? If so, can you share which actions you took to get this resolved?

I have the same problem. I have had this issue for 3 years and can not get it resolved. I have spent at least 100 hours trying to resolve this. I have more that 200 messages to amazon on this and nothing nothing This stores name is all over my store I do not know who they are? They own my brand and store now. I can not even register my brand because of this store. Amazon thinks I want to sell the brand that stole my ASIN CATALOG But no one can fix it not even Amazon. I have done everything Amazon has suggested to fix it and still nothing! Good luck about ready to give up.I have had my brand since 1979 Just sad
