When I go to the Identity Information page and I can't upload it, what do I do? and my money is stuck, I don't speak English, I haven't been able to send the documents for months and months, the upload doesn't work and I can't send an appeal, my money is stuck

I booked the identity confirmation but I didn't receive the invitation for the video call. I already booked for the second time but I don't know where to receive the invitation, I know that Amazon could activate the identity verification function via photo or instant video on my account I really need my money
