USA FBA items randomly available/unavailable in Canada/Mexico Inventory
We sell knives in USA. Mostly FBM, and sometimes FBA. We have finally decided to put a major stock in USA FBA and enroll in Remote Fulfillment. To our astonishment, in Canada and Mexico marketplace, random listings are showing up as FBA available, and some listings are showing with zero stock. We have been trying to figure out the root cause. We have generated reports, tried adding products to BIL options, tried editing listings. Yes, we read that some restrictions do not allow cross border sales, but then why some of our items are actually being allowed (and they are not any different to where they would stand out from the unselected items). We have generated the "exportable" inventory report, and surprisingly it shows all our products are "eligible". It is so hard to understand what we are doing wrong. Is it something to do with SKUs? Our remote fulfillment is enabled, export option is enabled, the connection between target/source markets is fine. Anyone that has experienced the same and has been able to fix the issue? Hi @Seller_lUIfuKtuHjtha, my first thought is that these issues are stemming from geographic sales restrictions as you mentioned. I would need to look at the ASINs to know more. Have you opened a Seller Support case?
You refer to the ""exportable" inventory report;" is this the same as the ASIN Status report from the Remote fulfillment page?
