Product ID is not valid
i have had my product listed for a few weeks.
Everything is approved and I'm sell products.
All the sudden on the product details tab im getting an error
Under: *External Product ID
Error: Product ID entered is not valid.
It was correct and accepted when I made the listing and is the same UPC that is on my product.
I have contacted customer service. Not sure they understand the situation. Lol
Have you had this issue? How do I correct this?

I am having the same issue! The product identifier they are showing that is tied to the ASIN’ isn’t even what my product got created with! Then when I go ahead and try to put the correct ones after doublechecking my certificate, I am still receiving the error message! Unbelievable…
