Buy Shipping Evri
Hi Guys!
I’m currently using Royal mail for shipping (through buy shipping on SFP) however I’ve had a few issues using Royal mail - be it they scan the parcel late so it isn’t deemed as shipped on time so prime gets suspended or some mornings Evri is the only option to buy shipping from.
on the latter issue Seller Support had me speaking to people in circles with no idea whats going on - eventually they “transferred my issue” with no response. on call back we just went around in the same circles!
I’ve attempted to contact Amazon shipping to get prices from them - however prices have been loading for a month and it seems impossible to get in contact with them.
So my last resort is Evri!
which leads me to my question.
Do i need an Evri account?
Can i have collection arranged?
In the mean time can i drop these off at any drop off point?
the reason i ask is i’ve seen a few threads about needing an account and local drop off shops not accepting Evri labels from Buy shipping!

Hi!
For Evri you have two options: 1- Buy Evri shipping from amazon . 2- Make an account with Evri and connect it to amazon.
Now if you buy the shipping with amazon then I don't think you can arrange an collection, But if you have a direct account that might be possible, but you will have to contact them via their website and give them details such as, business details and how many parcels you send a week. This will also determin how much they offer you the price.
While you get Evri setup. You can purchase the postage directly from amazon and drop the parcels off at drop off points.
