Ridiculous Account Deactivation linked to an account I have NEVER heard off

Hello Everyone,

I am at my wits end and on the brink of tears from frustration! I not only struggled to set up my account in Nov 23 due to GTIN codes but now facing deactivation due to my account having a link to another account I have never heard off or have any connection too.

I was told my details have been used to create an account in Feb 23 in the US market. This was not me, nor my friends, colleagues or family. I opened my first account in Nov23 in the UK market. I have no idea who used my details to beat me to it. opening an account with my details now I'm having to write an appeal to prove my details are mine

I have called Amazons account Health team on countless occasions to give me guidence on how to reactivate my account. I have been told to provide evidence of not being linked to the accused account. How can I provide evidence of something I don't know anything about

I have provided evidence of my phone bill, my email address, date I created the account, Utility bills! what more can I provide? How can I prove I'm not related to said account ? Or have any friend/family linked to it?

After writing multiple detailed appeals I have been told the same advise by agents to login to the other account (WHICH IS NOT MINE) and deactivate it there. Again...How can I login to an account that is not mine and have no link too. I don't understand how that is a practical solution and keep being told to do this ..

I am so disappointed with how Amazon have delt with this, having spent money on inventory that I cant sell and still having to pay for storage is annoying. I have read multiple forums with similar situations and cant seem to find anyone that's got a helpful solution.

Please can someone help me ? What evidence can i provide to reactivate my account ?

What should I do next?

After identifying the relation between both the accounts, follow below mentioned steps:

• If the relation is through a third-party service, explain in appeal and submit supporting documents like contract document, contract termination document, invoices of transactions between you and the third-party.
