Am I cooked? Amazon glitch! Help please

Trying to verify my account - amazon is saying my birthday doesn't match the submitted document of my passport on 'Primary Contact Information', yet they accept the same passport and same birthday for "Beneficiary Owner/Director/Trustee Information 1".

I've opened multiple cases, each time they say they will escalate to 'internal team' which comes back saying there's no problem.. yet the error persists and I cannot verify my account.. what the heck do I need to do? Should i cancel my entire account and start over? Please help, i've opened probably 7 cases for this issue.
