Negative Feedback Due to Amazon Error

I have a one star review showing negative feedback which has been crossed out and underneath it is stated:

"The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller"

However the one star is still being reflected unfairly against my listing, there is no appeal or option to remove button, this has been raised as a case and they stated they were unable to remove the one star review and it was suggested I contact reviews-help@amazon.co.uk, but I have emailed them three times (first was 06/12/2024) with no response.

This review is due to an amazon FBA fault and is not a reflection of the products provided.

ASIN: B0CNQ492QY

Order ID: 202-3626292-9911567

Case ID:ID 10589943182

Is anyone able to help here?

I think Seller Support are getting confused because you are using the wrong terminology.

I think you are talking about Seller Feedback but you keep talking about reviews. This is why SS have suggested you contact reviews-help email address. They are different.

Try again making sure you say seller feedback, NOT review.

Crossed out feedback remains on your feedback page but should not contribute to your overall star-rating.

Edit - I had a look at your feedback and the 1-star review is NOT contributing to your overall rating so all is ok.

the seller feedback is struck through that is simply how it’s done

If it’s the 1 star rating on the actual product listing, you still have a 4.4 / 5.0 rating and there’s no way to attribute that 1 star surely?

I wouldn’t even be all that concerned with the overall rating still at 4.4, but the reviews-help is the right route
