Shipment DELIVERED but not checked in (OVER 10 WEEKS) - MAN4
Seller support rejected my proof of delivery even though I have used the proof of delivery before for other missing units in shipments.
Seller support said the delivery partner were not Amazon preferred. My prep centre is a registered carrier with Amazon, and is on the list of carriers authorised to deliver within fixed delivery slots. I even gave them the abbreviated name and they were still not having it!
The managing director email has now ignored me on 3 occasions. He must be having a really nice long summer holiday.
It has been well over 10 weeks since it has been delivered and still nothing from support and further support (if there even is any).
All I can do now is accept the delivery as a loss and take a hit on my business. It's like banging your head against the wall. Frustrating.
