Ungated still unable to List.

I received the email from Seller Central that I was approved to sell a brand. Now when I try to list the brand product it still shows apply to sell. Listing has a few sellers on it including Amazon so I know its not private label. I've submitted photos and proper invoice for the product. I was told to wait 24 hours its now been a few days and I haven't received any updates. What are the next steps?

Just because Amazon says ok, it's not for the brand. You most likely need a LOA from the brand itself. Amazon will say yes and assume you have the proper documentation when asked (now or a year from now).

Hello @Seller_zHGYOhLN9bJNs,

It's true that in some instances you are able to list under a certain brand, however there are processes in place which may trigger requirements for documentation. I would recommend for any brand approvals to thoroughly review the guidelines for Categories and products that require approval and to apply if you have the documentation.

The following links also include information that may help with guiding you on the requirements for products that require approval and how to start selling your products:

Products that require approval

Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell

Guidelines to source products to sell on Amazon

I hope this information helps!
