We used a 3rd party carrier to deliver. We had scheduled dates and time. Amazon informs us ON THE DAY of delivery they cannot accept due to fulfillment center being full. Now they want us to send it back to our production facility (where we shipped from) and incur all the fees. How is this acceptable? The ONE pallet is right there in the bay as shown by a picture. This was part of 1 shipment where the other half was delivered and received in full.
