Shipment refused 3 times BHX2 ANYONE ELSE?

We have had a shipment refused 3 times at BHX2 this is a large shipment of 20 pallets.

First time they gave us a booking slot and when the delivery turned up they refused saying they were full.

We re-booked and when it turned up they refused the delivery because one of the pallets was too close to the back door.

We re-booked again and this time it was refused because of the trailer floor. we got sent a photo of the trailer and there is nothing wrong with the floor and this trailer has been used multiple times to amazon with no problems.

Is anyone else having issues with shipments being refused?

It seems like its largley an issue with BHX2 and likely they are full and are finding any excuse to turn large shipments away.
