Help with Suspension - do you recommend any specialist companies to help?
Hi there - we have been suspended as a business we were part shareholders of went into administration last year and myself and my partner set up a new business where we were sole owners and registered a new account, believing this the right thing to do as it was a separate legal entity
Having read up on this, I now understand that you can’t open a second account even if it is a different legal company with a different bank account.
I have since been trawling through the forums and on the internet and there are a number of company’s who specialise in helping you get re-instated. Has anyone used a company like this?
We are almost on our 90 days and have heard nothing so I have sent a very nice message in a case, apologising for the mistake and advising that once the old co was in liquidation, we were unable to access the old seller account and that we believed that the new co being a different legal entity, opening a new account was the right thing to do.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Kim

@Kika is the ‘specialist company’ most will rely upon in these circumstances.
I expect she will advise you that you need to fix the issues with the original account suspension - the second associated account will not stand a chance of being reinstated.
In your situation if you cannot get access to the original account or the reason for suspension is ‘un-fixable’ then it is possible you may be unable to trade on Amazon.

Unfortunately, as @PeterB says, you are associated with the old account, and unless you resolve all the issues surrounding that account it is extremely unlikely that you stand any chance of being allowed to open this new one, even with a new legal entity.
Did the previous account owe Amazon any money?, did it close Amazon in good health or were there any poor metrics on the Amazon account ?

Definitely don’t contact any paid account reinstatement companies. You can get help on the forum for free.
Suspensions due to the use of multiple seller accounts without a prior permission from the Seller Performance are no different than any other suspension.
You should have read the rules before registering additional accounts. The Amazon Policy regarding Prohibited Seller Activities clearly states that operating multiple seller accounts is prohibited:
You will need to close the second account and then write a Plan of Action, which you will submit either through the Seller Central or by e-mailing seller-performance@amazon.co.uk using the original account.
The Plan of Action should include:
– The root cause(s) of opening multiple accounts on Amazon.com
– The actions you have taken to resolve your multiple accounts
– The steps you have taken to prevent the continuation of having multiple selling accounts going forward

i know of another company that brought out a rival company and trades on Amazon with both accounts, can not mention any names, but they have been trading on both for over a year now so all i can tell you is that its certainly possible,
unless like someone else here has said the account that went out of business owe money to customers or Amazon
