Account deactivation issue

NEED HELP!

My main australian account linked with my united states account with same tax verification that I used while creating a store with amazon.com.au after I hired amazon service provider which is called estore factory while we working together after I recived an email my accounts has beed deactiveted

Hello,

Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account.

Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

And after I have an email from main account amazon.com.au that my account has been deactivated under section 3

I dont understand why all of my accounts has been deactivated beacuse I used the austrlian tax info while registering with amazon.com or I may amzon pay only registerd with one country I dont understand the reason of deactivation?

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

As to this part -- " I hired amazon service provider which is called estore factory " if you read the Forum these types of arrangements often lead to trouble.

Some of them are better than others but Amazon tends to be a do it yourself project!

I understand you have questions regarding your selling account.

"Why is this happening?You have a separate account Usman Saudager which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the Usman Saudager Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.au."

As one of your marketplace accounts has been deactivated due to being directly related to another one of your stores. Under the seller code of conduct and multiple accounts policy, As all accounts must remain in good, active standing at all times to avoid the subsequent deactivation of other stores and accounts which are owned and operated by the same person or business entity.

In order to restore access to all impacted accounts, you will want to focus on appealing the issue on your US marketplace account. If you could please provide the performance notification received on that account or any other relevant information, then the community and I can help you to the best of our ability.
