I had a similar experience yesterday. Reimbursements, as Amazon have announced, are to handled much quicker. My claim for a completely different FBA item returned by a customer was handled in just a few hours but they did not get 5* as the amount was nowhere near what it should have been.
My item has been selling for over 10 years so there plenty of sales history but their reimbursement calculations are so "closed book" and top secret that it is hard to have any faith in them. This is typical of Amazon.
