OTDR - Check for Daily Errors
I've been coming across these on a daily basis. In the OTDR metrics report, here are examples of 28 mistakes I found just today being reported as late deliveries. The first 8 are showing delivered after the promise extension and they were not and the other 20 show delivered after the promise date without an extension. All of these orders were delivered on time. All were shipped on time or early with Amazon shipping. All had OTDR and Claims Protection and SSA and AHT are enabled.
Yesterday, I found another 20. There seems to be a glitch in the system.

Hello @Seller_CYgVk598XM1p3
Thanks for sharing that section of your OTDR report.
All of the orders/shipments on the report have an Actual Delivery Date after the "Promised delivery date without a promise extension."
We understand that the date/time display can cause some confusion, specifically the GMT time zone. Please focus on the Pacific (PST/PDT) information when reviewing the OTDR report.
As an example: the first 'yellow' order on your report had a Deliver By date of February 21. (You can confirm this by reviewing the order details.) That appears in the OTDR report with a 2/22/25 07:59:59 GMT (2/21/25 23:59:59 PST) "Promised delivery date without a promise extension." The Actual Delivery Date of that shipment was February 22: 2/22/25 19:04:00 GMT (2/22/25 11:04:00 PST).
If you are disputing whether AHT/SSA was active when the orders were placed and the order had OTDR protection, that dispute should be directed to seller support.
