Brand Registry and Seller Central Permissions do not align

We have a global selling account, brand registered and I am the company owner, having Administrator and Rights Owner rights for our two brands. According to Brand Registry User Permissions, our Amazon manager also has Administrator & Rights Owner rights, however she is not permitted to log into Brand Registry.

Similarly, on Seller Central, our Amazon manager is the 'owner' with full rights. I can also log into Seller Central and theoretically have full rights, however when I try to access certain areas, Seller Central tells me that I "do not have sufficient permissions to view this page."

We have filed Brand Support cases and Seller Cases. Any ideas on how my Amazon manager can log into Brand Central - when she is already listed as a user with Administrator rights?

Hello @Seller_vKH2YDpdKTOPK

I do notice that when I look into this account you're posting from, I do not see it enrolled in Brand Registry. I suspect that this might be a login credential error when logged into the wrong account! Have you attempted to login under different credentials?
