HELP! New order to fulfill but account deactivated and unable to replace charge card
I’ve had a new order email confirmation but cannot view the order because my account is inactive. When asked to replace charge card, to verify identity the system errors and I cannot continue. Please help as an order has been placed and I cannot see where to send it!

Why was your account deactivated ? - was it because the charge card needed to be re-verified ? If your account is not active, then I am surprised that you have received an order ?? - unless I am missing something ?
