copyright infringement issue not being address by Amazon's legal department jeff@amazon.com email address is closed

It used to be that when nothing else worked, you could contact jeff@amazon.com Now that email address doesn't exist. We are a registered brand and own the copyright to an artistic design that is our best selling dresses. In spite of the dress design having been copied by Alibaba and sold everywhere, we have had the advantage of owning the artwork design on our dress which identifies it as the original and as ours. Now a seller based in China has been recreating the dress with our artwork on it. We bought the samples from them. The artwork is identical. Our attorney contacted the legal department sending the copyright number that was issued by the US government to us for the design. We submitted a claim listing each one of the infringing ASINS. They removed the parents, but left 100 copies of the dress in different colors and sizes still up. Our attorney contacted them again about the children and we got an answer that they were unrelated. This is impossible since they photo-shopped the same picture to change the colors of all the other ASINS. To top it all, they use edited pictures our customers leave in our feedback to sell their knockoffs. To undercut us, they dump the prices. They are moving up, we are going under. After submitting claims to the Legal department many times to no avail, we decided to contact Jeff@amazon.com only to find out it no longer exists. Any ideas where we can be heard? Can someone from Amazon help us? I was under the impression Amazon did not allow infringement in its site. I am sure that if a human were to look at the situation, they would put an end to it.

Hello @Seller_HsvKhHKy0Imuk,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to assist you with reporting copyright infringement. I looked at your Brand Registry account and was unable to see any submissions via the Report a Violation tool on the Brand Registry site. For ease, here is the link to Report a violation specifically on the Brand Registry site (not Seller Central). The Seller University video that is on the Report intellectual property infringements help page provides step by step instructions on how to report a violation on the Brand Registry Site.

If you have submitted IP violations that I was unable to locate, please provide the complaint ID's and I can try to review and provide feedback.

Please let me know what other support or assistance you need.

Best,

Dougal
