How to understand this request for identity and supply chain verification?
We had the identity and supply chain verification in August. Today, we received an update. We are not sure if Amazon wants to get invoices for all brands we used to sell 2 invoices per brand? We need some clarification.

Thank you for following up on this,
Per this information, you will need 2 invoices from each of these brands: Shark, Fujitsu, Motorola, ZEBRA, NETGEAR.
Our review teams reached out to me not too long after you provided your documentation and advised they were unable to complete their review as the documents were submitted in a .zip format which they are not able to open.
Additionally ad noted in my prior post, you do not need 80+ brands, only the 5 I mentioned. This should be in total 10 invoices for 5 total brands. As soon as you can, provide these specific invoices for the mentioned brands in an invoice that meets these requirements. As noted in this page invoices should be in .pdf, and images should be in .jpg, .png, or .gif. Once they have these documents they can finalize their review.

I had gotten confirmation from this review team that the request was to have 2 invoices provided for each brand.
The correct email for this situation is "scram-appeals@amazon.com".
Our review teams have confirmed they received your information and advised you were requested on 11/15/24 to provide documents for additional listing. This notification should have including both the current ASIN under review and confirmation of the email above.
