can't merge two identical listngs

Hello I want to merge two identical listings, I have verified all the information is the same, but still I get automated error that they are not the same. Case ID 16220095181

Hi @Michelle_Amazon , you have replied to my previous post and now I created a new case id because I can’t make changes to one attribute that is locked on both listings. Could you please take a look? Thank you 🙏

Hi there @Seller_x3TO2TlzhqGsb,

I've reviewed with our internal team and with @Michelle_Amazon and at this time these ASINs can't be merged because there is an issue with one of the ASINs in Canada. In order for ASINs to be merged they must be in live status in all Amazon stores. If any ASINs are restricted or removed from the catalog the ASINs can't be merged. I would recommend you review all your ASINs in all the regions to ensure that they are in good standing. Thank you for your understanding.
