Help removing review violating amazon's community guidelines
Hello everyone,
I'm facing an issue with a product review posted on March 28th, 2024, that directly violates Amazon's community guidelines. The customer is complaining about product damage which is clearly not allowed under the guidelines:
"What's not allowed ... Seller, order, or shipping feedback ... Product condition and damage"

(link should be to .ca site, but amazon only allows link to .com site)
It's unfortunate that I spent the extra money for vine review and I get a review like this which is entirely not my fault since the order is fulfilled by amazon.
Actions Taken:
- I've contacted Amazon support at review-appeals @ amazon.ca and community-help @ amazon.ca.
- I've reported the review using the built-in "Report Abuse" button.
- This is not seller feedback, so the Feedback Manager isn't applicable.

I'm so sorry you received a negative customer review, even though you pay for Vine and the review doesn't comply with Amazon guidelines.
I understand you have contacted the right department requesting the removal of the review, but you still see the review on the ASIN.
I just contacted our internal team in charge of removing these reviews, however the results of the investigation may not be communicated or shared due to privacy and confidentiality reasons.
