Transit Times
We have our dispatch time set to 1 working day ( although most go out same day), transit time at 2-3 days to all of U.K yet our estimated delivery times still state shipping will take 12 days. I am aware that Amazon increased the estimated transit times on the customer platform over Christmas but it doesn’t seem to have updated to reflect at present no further planned strikes.
I have checked account, all completely healthy so no problems here. I have seen i have the option to use the SSA but at little reluctant as there are still a few minor delays.
When I look on Amazon our competitors seem to have short estimated delivery times. Any one else in a similar situation.
