Is there a minimum I must purchase from the suppliers to send it out to FBA?

Hi, wanted to ask. Just as an example, if I have purchased 5 units of my supplier and had this invoiced and sent to FBA, is this allowed?

Or as a business seller, should I be purchasing in bigger bulks such as 10 ,20, 50 units?

In other words, am I safe when purchasing low quantities of my supplier and sending to FBA as long as I have an invoice for all?

Yes, you can buy just a few if you wish or send just one to FBA, the important thing is that your supplier is a wholesaler and not another retailer.

Amazon require invoices with a minimum of 10 units of each sku

To get ungated they require an invoice of at least 10 units, for things like authenticity they just want a valid invoice. Sometimes they want multiple invoices covering sales for a year(?).

Personally I would not even consider FBA until Amazon have verified your invoices.
You might get caught up in a Branding issue for example.

For example if my brand is “123abc”. Will amazon require my invoices to say this “123abc”. Or will just having the product stated and number of units and price be enough

thanks guys! back to the topic of invoices. As im using my own brand am i supposed invoice my self. as somone just mentioned

“If you are creating your own brand, any invoices that Amazon will request, you will basically create them yourself.
You invoice from your manufacturing dept, to your sales dept.
So your worrying too much about this aspect.”

Would amazon not want to see the invoice of the suppliers i get the plain gel cases from?

so for example in a invoice format with all business details , quantity, prices and my brand being “123abc”

if one item was shown on the invoice as

----“123abc” Cool case for iphone 12 —

this would be okay?

i really want to make sure am doing it all right and appreciate you guys

sorry I have another question if thats okay. Whether the products is phone cases or a different type of product IM selling, like something totally different.

If i am selling the items as brand that am the owner of… is it always the case of me invoicing myself, whether it be phone cases, clothing, plants pots or whatever. (I dont sell all this but its good to know for the future)
